I got a hair bleach and colour service as the salon was running a promotion. Although I used to frequent Hair Bank Bloor while I was living downtown, the quality and service at their uptown location still wowed me! Having had previous hair colour/bleaching services done in the past, I was impressed with the level of efficiency and expertise here. My hair is still strong after multiple rounds of bleaching and Laura and her assistant were very kind and knowledgeable in answering my questions. My brother-in-law runs a hair salon in Korea, so I haven't been to many other places, and when I came to Canada, it was hard to find a hair salon that would match my family's style, but Laura at Hair Bank did a great job styling my son, who is a picky high school student, so that's the only place I go. .

Laura was very nice to me when I walked in without a reservation. Thankfully they were not busy in a random Monday morning. I got a very nice root touch and a hair trim. Great service and clean spacious environment! Will go back for sure!They are the best. The service is consistently great! And Laura is a fantastic hairstylist! She listens carefully to her clients requirements. She understands her clients fully. I will definitely keep going back to her.
