Ground Up Constructing

I engaged Ground Up for a major renovation of my house. The plan was to remove a single-story portion of the house, to rebuild it, and to move the kitchen into the newly-constructed portion of the house. Ryan and his crew were professionals all the way through. My house is old, and renovations on a building of this age always contain surprises. Ground Up was crystal clear not only about estimates but also about unknowns and surprises we might encounter. Basement renovation project. Ryan and his team took a dark 1960’s panelled basement and turned it into a modern bright and warm delightful space. From demo to framing and finishing, the team delivered a quality product on time and on budget. Communication was clear and frequent; scope changes we requested were managed via a clear change management process.
