We had an amazing experience! This was our first time working with General; we purchased vinyl for our new home and they provided top-notch communication, prices, and quality of product. When we arrived to pick it up, staff were efficient and helpful and remembered the details of our order (as well as all the other products we had chatted about over the phone). Highly recommend for top quality flooring at budget friendly prices.
