Michael was the locksmith that helped me rekey and he was fantastic! Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service. He was quick and also taught me about the lock system I own which I really appreciated. I would recommend!

The ordering experience for our front door lock set was quite smooth and we were given several options at various price levels which was appreciated.
We had a small glitch during the install process but this was immediately taken care of to our complete satisfaction and our order was handled by the highest level at Citywide. The personalized service speaks volumes to how this company stands behind their business ethics.
Highly recommended!
