“A good experience. Benjamin was our technician and came over to reseat our basement toilet. We were looking to find the source of sewer smells that would come and go. We felt this was the likely culprit and Benjamin confirmed. After removing the toilet he called out the previous poor job of stacking foam rings and that a better job would have used a flange extension. He completed the job and answered many of our questions. A nice guy. The only aspect of the job that wasn't 5-star was the cost. We were fully ready for the cost of the reseat but the flange extension made that price double. In perspective, the cost was still not as bad as the smell that would come and go. Now we wait and see.”

“We needed a replacement for our power vent gas water heater and Mike of DeMark Home provided a very good quote for a Bradford White model after submitting photos of our old tank setup. The installation was done the next day by Reza and his assistant who arrived on time and did a fine job in an hour's time (though we were booked for a few hours). Everyone was courteous and professional and communication with Mike was excellent at all times.”
