My husband had an appointment at Shouldice clinic down the street, which meant my son and I had to find something to keep ourselves busy. We stumbled upon this spa which was tucked away in a cute little area next to a grocery store and a café. Upon walking in, the staff were very friendly and kind. This was my son’s first experience in a spa. He requested a manicure and asked for 2 colours: pink and blue. As this was his first ever manicure, the nail technician was so gentle and continuously checked-in to ensure he was comfortable. I then had my nails done by someone else (shellac manicure) and this technician was also very friendly and meticulous. She did such a great job, I can honestly say it was the best shellac manicure I have ever had. My shellac was not even chipped (in the slightest) after 3 weeks! I was to say that our nail techs names were Lisa and Celine (I think?). Thank you to the spa for the wonderful experience, I wish we lived closer in order to go again!

I contacted this company to get a simple light fixture installed. For me, it obviously wasn’t so simple, and I’d rather have a professional handle it properly. The electrician was able to not only get the fixture installed, but also explained that the existing switch setup was not recommended. He installed a basic on-and-off switch instead, which completely solved my problem.

Kyle was kind and helpful as I asked questions during our initial meeting. Without knowing the history of the Japanese Maple in our backyard, his inspection and notes gave us peace of mind. Not only for the tree trimming process but for the overall health of the tree.
The trimming itself went very smooth. The arborists worked as a team to gently trim the excess foliage with intricate rope systems, while cleaning up all debris afterwards.
I have lots of respect for the challenges arborists can face with climbing and trimming trees in all sorts of weather conditions. And even throughout the heat of the day, they were all very understanding and friendly.

I have been seeing Dr. Greenspan for many years now, but rarely have to go in. Why?
1. He gets the job done right.
2. He doesn't hand you a contract you must sign stating you have to come back a dozen times , which many chiropractors do.
3. There are no unnecessary x-rays, which are a common place cash grab in some clinics.
He is a refreshing professional who likes to talk- odd that some might find that a fault. Perhaps it's an indicator of the times in which we live. So, he's a bit of a traditional father figure and may chastise his male patients for their bad habits, but he always instructs.

Both my wife and I have had dogs our whole lives, and Dr. Cooper is, without question, the best vet we’ve ever had for our pets.
Years ago, one of our dogs developed persistent skin issues. We spent about six months at a very reputable veterinary clinic in Toronto, with multiple visits, tests, and different medications, but nothing seemed to work. We eventually sought a second opinion and ended up seeing Dr. Cooper.
In a single visit, he took the time to look at the whole picture, came up with a different possible cause that hadn’t previously been considered, and recommended a treatment. The relief was almost immediate, and the skin condition was ultimately resolved for good.
That experience really showed us the value of having an excellent vet. They’re simply not all the same, and Dr. Cooper is exceptional.
We now have a new dog, and there was no question that we wanted Dr. Cooper to be his vet. We live in Greektown near downtown Toronto and happily travel all the way across the city to Thornhill to see him. After our experience with him, we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Eva takes her time with each dog and treats them with so much patience, gentleness, and genuine love. You can tell this is her passion. My dog came back looking absolutely flawless, perfectly groomed, soft, and styled beautifully, but what really stood out was how happy and calm he was.
And the smell… incredible! Every time I pick him up, he smells SO good like he’s just come out of a high-end spa.

Mark has been a fantastic groomer to our pup. Friendly and gentle, skilled and professional. His prices are reasonable, he has a nice variety of hours, and we feel our pup is safe with him. We especially like that he schedules one dog at a time, so our pup is never crated. For all these reasons and more, he has been our dog's groomer for ten years.

I’ve had several facials at Le Lys Spa, and every single one has been wonderful. I truly feel refreshed and rejuvenated after each visit, and I always leave feeling so pampered. Lily and Gemma are both amazing—talented, professional estheticians who clearly love what they do. On top of that, the spa itself is squeaky clean, the rooms are spacious, and the overall aesthetic is incredibly welcoming and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back for more!

I had a great massage thanks to Mrs. Chung. She did a great job with the right amount of pressure. Firm but not painful. She’s very professional. She relieved tension and pain in my back and neck. She used a combination of a heated mat, oil, mild stretching, massage and a heated towel at the end to make for a perfect massage. Therapeutic and relaxing too. The rooms are very clean, dark, quiet, calming, not loud or cramped and private. Parking is free. They have RMTs so they take health insurance benefits so it’s very convenient as you don’t have to claim them yourself. Overall, excellent experience, will go back for sure!
