“I consult F5 through WhatsApp for a broken key on my laptop. He shares his solution generously at no charge. He is very considerate and first tells me a complete fix almost always requires keyboard replacement (cost a lot). Then he gives me two practical solutions: 1. Get a usb or Bluetooth keyboard. 2. A free software solution (Microsoft Powertoys) through a video link. I adopt the second solution and my problem is solved. I would go to him next time when I have hardware problem. Highly recommended.“
