“The store's atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. I got my hair cut with Julien. He is very knowledgeable, communicative and helped guide me to a style that fit what I was looking for using his vast insight. The communication was very open; he would check in with me during the process to see if the cut was what I was looking for and he would explain some of the cutting/styling process so I understood what techniques were being used and their results. He has an amazing fun energy and it was apparent the care and excitement he has for his craft. It was very pleasant getting my hair cut with Julien. I would absolutely recommend to all my friends, especially my queer friends. 10/10“

“I got my hair done here for a traditional Filipino 18th birthday “debut”, around February 2025, which I know is pretty late considering I’m only writing a review now, however I thought late is better than never, as this place deserves it.

I had two appointments, about two days apart. The first appointment was for a hair dye and cut. I wanted to dye my hair a solid jet black colour, and my stylists (multiple at a time as it was not too busy) were very thorough and friendly. In the middle of the service, I had realized that I would need to style my hair for the actual event, which was two days later, also involving a crown that needed to be stuck in place somehow, and the stylists were very sweet to offer to help, informing me to come back on the day of the event as they would wash my hair for me then (so don’t wash between first and second appointment), as well as style it for me. The service was amazing - amazing wash, amazing cut, amazing dye, and I was also given complimentary Korean coffee!

On the second appointment, the friendly and accommodating service with reassuring trust really showed. My appointment was for around 10:00 - 10:15 AM, and a big one, I made it there at around 11:45. Totally bad on my part, trust me, I know. My guest list for this big traditional birthday was about 150 people, and I was VERY stressed and busy especially the day of. Thankfully, my older cousin without even bothering to ask me, knew it was right to call them and let me know, and asked for consideration as it was a BIG day and I’m not the type of person to be late, let alone for an hour. The stylists were so understanding and kind. When I got there, I greeted them with a THOUSAND sorries and they were very friendly and accommodating, reassuring me that it was okay and that they were ready to help. They styled my hair perfectly and added royal blue (my colour theme) glitter to my hair as the finishing touch - and it was absolutely beautiful. As I left, they wished me good luck and a happy birthday, and asked for me to show them photos the next time I’d come.

On such a big and stressful and busy day, strangers talented with hair absolutely played a big part in making it all better. If you are someone who depends on trust and consideration and reliability with your hair, come here!!!“
