“I have been going to uptown spa to see Claudia every month for waxing! She is very good and I would recommend her! The staff at the front desk are all so kind and nice. I didn’t like the Asian woman in the front desk because when one of the staff was talking to me I couldn’t hear her because I was listening to my music on Bluetooth that is connected to my cochlear. Then when I looked at the staff talking to me I saw the Asian woman staff look away and shakes her head. One time when I came to uptown spa I was very anxious because I have anxiety and the Asian staff woman wasn’t helpful calming me down.

So please don’t judge people with disabilities!“

The brows were very clean and even. The cost was $25.99 at time of posting, which is fair for the location in my opinion. Would return again!“

Farideh is so informative and her attention to detail when performing services is unmatched. I’ve done several laser hair removal sessions with Farideh using the Soprano XL and can successfully say I now only come in every 6 months for a touch up (yes ladies laser hair removal doesn’t work overnight and can change depending on our hormones etc. unfortunately).
