I have been struggling for months to find someone who could cut my dogs nails. He was traumatized by a groomer when he was 15 weeks old and his vet said it was the worst case of trauma they had ever seen and he may need general anaesthesia to cut his nails for the rest of his life... Until we discovered the Groom Room! I don’t have words to express how amazing and sweet and patient and kind they are! They were able to cut all of his nails except 2, without any sedation, tethering or crying. And I appreciate that they didn’t want to push him too far to finish the last 2 nails! He finally was able to be groomed professionally for the first time and he will look adorable for his first birthday in 2 weeks! They are amazing and he looked so handsome that people were stopping me on the street on our way home to comment on how adorable he looked! One woman even unrolled her car window at the light to tell me! 🤦♀️They are simply the best at what they do! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! 🙏♥️
