The Groom Room wins my Oscar vote for ‘Best in Class’ grooming services. The care and attention to my puppy Jade makes her excited to get to every visit. She loves the staff, the environment and all of the friendly pups to play with. Her hairstyle always brings out her cutest features! Lori keeps me up to date and shares sweet videos and messages, and doesn’t hesitate to offer support to me and my fur baby whenever she can. Jade whimpers with excitement until we get to the entrance and she lights up when Jenny greets her. Very happy after our first visit to The Groom Room. My chihuahua is anxious and Lori his groomer took him in for a groom one on one without the added stress of him being crated or presence of other dogs. He did VERY well and I attribute this to Lori’s experience as his handler and groomer. Lori sent me videos and he looked confident, relaxed and perfectly groomed. 10/10 experience.

The Groom Room is arguably the best dog groomer in all of Toronto. If I could give it 100 stars, I would. We've taken our dog Riley there for a full groom and a nail trimming and she comes back so happy each time. It is conveniently located and the groomers do an absolutely fantastic job. Riley smells amazing, is as soft as she's ever been, and looks beautiful. We can tell that the highest quality products were used and lots of love and care went into the groom.The Groom Room even gave her some very cute seasonal bandanas to wear. We love!
