The Groom Room was absolutely amazing with my dog! The updates throughout her appointment were incredible—I received both videos and photos showing how she was doing, which really put my mind at ease. The transparency, communication, and overall service were outstanding.
I was pleasantly surprised at how calm she was during drop off. She wasn’t reactive or barking at all, which is unusual since she can be anxious in new environments. It was clear she felt comfortable and was in great hands.

Lori was very kind before during and after our first appt. She sent updates and photos during her service which I thought was very sweet. Her and Brent took great care with our German Shepherd Rexi and she looked beautiful after she was done! Thank you again 💜 see you again soon

with also some daycare for socializing in between -
