We had a flood from our Laundry room ( second Floor ) caused by our washer malfunction down to the kitchen and all the way to the basement. First on-site contracted Assured flooring to do the work, from flooring replacement , ceiling repairs, paintings and sanding they did a great job , Alex the contractor with the crew was very punctual and they are very organized in everything they do it is easy to talk too and very professional . The floor in the basement was very nice 👌 the kitchen was great , and the laundry room too. Thanks Alex and the crew for the fantastic job you have done to the house ! I would like to share my feedback on the flooring work completed by the Assured flooring team—Daniel, Monica, and their Team. Following water damage, I required full replacement of the ground floor and basement flooring, along with drywall repairs.
As I live in a different city, the coordination could have been challenging; however, the team managed this exceptionally well. They proactively created a WhatsApp group to ensure timely and transparent communication and to coordinate seamlessly between me, my tenant, and their team. I also greatly appreciated the support from their interior designer, who assisted me remotely in selecting the flooring.

The quality of the work really stood out — the finished result looks polished and professional, and it’s clear the team takes pride in what they do. They were also knowledgeable and provided helpful guidance on flooring and paint selections along the way.
