“Mark was so helpful in the live chat, then via text, and then with delivery!

I reached out to get confirmation on the stock of some gorgeous velvet to sew my own curtains, and he was quick to confirm the stock. No only was he fast to reply, he also went above and beyond by gifting me an extra yard so I could have the full roll AND then sent it to me via uber to ensure incredibly fast local delivery.

He bagged the roll in plastic to keep it safe in transit, and it arrived to me safe and sound (and stunning!).

“I was a returning client. Payvand and his team first fixed our floors about a year ago, and I was very happy with the results. That positive experience led me to hire him again to renovate our bathrooms and upgrade the kitchen.

“I was looking for blinds but wasnt 100% sure what model / colour I was looking for. Appreciated harvey coming over to consult (though he did charge a fee for this, which was subsequently deducted from my final bill when I placed the order). Order was received in the timeline he committed to, and Harvey came by to check that I was happy with the installation before the installer left. All in all a positive experience and Im very happy with my blinds.“
