“I have known Tim for many many years and he is not only my amazing hair dresser but also has become a very good friend and therapist hahaha. Tim goes out of his way to make sure I am cared for and listened too. I remembered this one time he ran into a nearby store to get me something to eat. “I have been going to Palma for over 5 years now! My Stepdad, who referred me, has been a loyal customer of her fathers, who has sadly retired, for over 40 years! I have very thick hair, a mane that ends up taking hours and tons of product to highlight and maintain plus its long! I have been to so many different hairstylists, sat in many different chairs for hours on end and spent thousands of dollars to accomplish the colour and style that I want to achieve. After my first experience with Palma not only did I leave within a few short hours (something I had literally never experienced prior to meeting her) I was completely and utterly happy with the colour, style and most importantly the experience! Palma is such a talented and professional hairstylist, she is really a cut above the rest (no pun intended!). I haven’t looked back and have already referred my friends who are also very happy!
