The staff was extremely knowledgeable and had some fantastic suggestions that made my selection easy. At their store they educated me in the best products that would suit the project. They did not try to upsell. They had the largest selection of flooring that I have ever seen. I fell in love with a particular vinyle flooring and the salesperson did everything to ensure that I could purchase it within my budget. He actually called the supplier and did negotiating on my behalf. The delivery was easily arranged and accommodated my complicated schedule.Even after I made the mistake of purchasing too much flooring, they renegotiated with the supplier for the return of the flooring. My refund was easily done and returned in a timely manner. I am happy to say that I will definitely be recommending them to everyone and will be going back.“

I had been to many carpet stores and hadn't found what I was looking for and if I did find something I liked, it was too $$$$. The other stores also had one price for the carpet and then kept on adding additional charges for binding, underpads and install Love you Stairs had unbeatable pricing and gave us one quote with everything included. Once I decided on a a few carpet options he was extremely quick to get back to me with a quote. From the time I made a decision on which carpet I liked to the time of install was three weeks! The employee who installed the carpet was also extremely polite, respectful and punctual.
