To say that I dont trust anyone else to clean or stain guard my rugs and upholstery is an understatement. Jeff, Stephen, and Rob are very knowledgeable and diligent when it comes to fabrics. They have taken my wool and silk rug a couple times in the past few years to clean it at their shop, and it has come bag pristine each time. They have stain guarded all my fabric upholstery. Ive even had an occasion or two which called for an emergency pet accident, and they came immediately. A difficult stain was expertly removed from a prized silk carpet. Ten rugs were flawlessly cleaned and carefully returned. We had no complaints with the quality of the work nor with the price of the service.
