First time visiting the salon. Very clean and nice. Hugo gave me great advice and went through different styling options. He is very professional and detail oriented. I really like my new hairstyle and it looks great! Will definitely go again and highly recommended. Thanks, Team Haven
The color turned out ok but the cut wasn’t good. The stylist really struggled to style my hair, even though she claimed to be a specialist in curly hair. I left the salon with wet hair that was caked in product.Edit: The salon reached out to help fix the cut, which I really appreciated. The styling experience was still not ideal, but happier with the cut/color.
I came to Luxe today for my first haircut ever in Canada, and it was great. I was a bit nervous about trying a new style, but it turned out amazing. I showed her some photos of the hairstyle I wanted, and she provided honest feedback on what would suit me best. I appreciate that she took the time to help me find a better style before cutting. She actually gave me a better haircut than what I initially wanted. The experience was pleasant overall, and Luxe was so friendly and fun to chat with. She gave me some great styling and maintenance tips and I felt that she genuinely cared about my hair. Highly recommend her services!
