I was so tired of having to clean my balcony because of the pigeons. I tried holographic tape but it doesn't work. Building management suggested Pigeon Tom. Due to unexpected events I had to change the date of the appointment several times, but Sean was endlessly patient and polite. I have a very long balcony, so it took a lot of webbing, but the price was very reasonable. Sean had the webbing installed in no time. He also did another extra little job for me that required a ladder and was very gracious about it.
