Rachel at Steel and Ink was SO amazing! I came in to look at some jewellery today and didn't intend to buy right away. She was so kind and was so helpful with choosing a piece - I ended up splurging and changing out two piercings which she helped me pick.I've been to a few "well known" piercing and tattoo spots, and I was not met with kindness like I was with Rachel today. She also took a look at my friend's piercing who thought had an infection.The space was so clean, and so aesthetically pleasing.I will definitely be back for more jewellery pieces and piercings. THANK YOU!

My besties and I went to Steel N Ink at the Don Mills location for tattoos and while being there, we decided to get ourì nose pierced too. Lol. Yusuf was our piercing staff member who took care of us. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, professional, helpful and super duper clean. My girl is OCD and he was super patient and walked us through every part of what to expect getting a nose piercing in detail. Thank you Yusuf. It was my first time getting tattooed. The staff was very helpful and friendly, I had my councelling for tattoo design with Alex, I showed him few references and gave him my idea of tattoo and within 24 Hrs he provided me uniques sketches for go ahead.Alex is super talented, he keeps you indulge in conversations and diverts your mind away from pain, extremely calm and has a strong attention to detailings. He will also provide you the instructions and after care.The appointment booking part is also easy going.I would definitely recommend Alex and steel N ink for the work.
