I’ve been to this nail salon a few times because the place is clean, beautiful, and the staff are generally very friendly. I really didn’t want to leave a negative review, but unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with the service I received from Rachel during my last visit.
The entire service felt very rushed, and the attention to detail was lacking. The pedicure was finished extremely quickly. The dead skin on the bottom of my feet was not properly removed, and very little was done to clean up the cuticles.

I had such a great experience at Soho Nail Salon! Lilly was absolutely amazing — so talented, professional, and incredibly fast. She did a beautiful job on my nails and made sure everything looked perfect without taking forever. I’m so happy with the result and will definitely be coming back to see Lilly again. I’ve been going to SOHO Nail & Spa for the past three years, and I’ve always left feeling completely satisfied! All of the nail technicians are professional, talented, and consistently do a great job. The salon is also very clean and well-maintained, which is something I really appreciate. It makes the whole experience feel comfortable and relaxing.
I’ve had Jenny do my nails several times, including my wedding nails (pictured in the photos), and she is absolutely amazing! She always perfects the shape and pays such close attention to detail. I’ve also had Sarah and Sunny multiple times, and they both do a wonderful job as well.
