Oak Street Medical the staff treated me as family. It makes a sick person smile. The doctor took the time to go over each of my medications and give the side effects of them. She pointed out that it's not good to have too much magnesium. And being a Certified Medical Assistant myself, said those with low magnesium have congestive heart failure. She looked surprised that I knew that. So she left that alone. Overall a very good experience.

Yolanda had the health of my nails in mind as well. She did an absolutely beautiful job working with my quarantine self-job, and leaving me with a strong, beautiful acrylic set. Her pricing is minimal compared to her skill, so TIP THIS WOMAN! I made my fill appointment before I left my first appointment. My nails turned out amazing I gave the vibe I wanted there was a lot of meaning behind my nails to represent my husband and I for our 1 year wedding anniversary and my tech knocked it out of the park. They are honestly very affordable given every nail has a design. And I have a wonky nail from a childhood incident and most techs try to file it flat which leaves it weak and brittle or they leave the dip and it causes the acrylic not to hold. She did something different and my nail is safe and my acrylic feels secure

i walked in not knowing what to expect and honestly it was such a relaxing experience. the lady who did my nails was so sweet and really took her time making sure everything looked perfect. my gel set has lasted over two weeks now with no chips or lifting at all. i love that they had so many colors to pick from too, i ended up going with a bright pink i never would have tried. definitely coming back here next time i need a fill.

Having issues with my washer has been such a headache. Had just about everything in the house updated, from the flooring and carpeting to the paint color. Melissa was an incredible help with advising on product selection and contractor wrangling. The project turned out amazing and I highly recommend them!

Mostly like this place. They are pleasant and helpful to work with. The only thing we dislike as they are still selling timeless designs flooring. Guys flooring (that we love) installed it and within weeks it was pulling up. It is not a good quality. We now have floors plus. Clearly a better product.

We just had our floors refinished and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Our floors look beautiful. Tony was very detailed with his estimate, was professional and answered our questions timely. Ron did wonderful work and was very professional, clean and courteous. I would definitely recommend Williams Hard Wood Flooring.
A five star rating is extra special anytime but especially when working with four or five separate departments within the same company.
1) The sales and design people were efficient, friendly and chock full of accurate information. There was no high pressure sales tactics, gave us plenty of time and samples to make a decision for our 52x13 foot kitchen floor.
2) Ordering the flooring material and scheduling was pleasant and no surprises.
3) The installation was the stand out feature of the whole process even though our floor needed an extremely large amount of work to make it level.
Alberto was our installer. We have lived in our house for 45 years and never had a better tradesman help us in any home improvement or repair. He and Keith, the field supervisor, worked great together as needed to level the floor. Keith also hand made a very, very nice 13 foot long transition piece to the next room.
Both men were very informative, helpful and polite. Alberto worked quickly, hard, neatly and very respectful of us and our belongings.
4) Clean up and follow up were both top notch.
5) Payment terms were straight forward and easy.

I cannot recommend Justice and his crew highly enough! They did an excellent job of rebuilding our sunroom which had started to rot away. I had a fantastic experience with Modern Sash Repair. Ben is clearly the go-to expert in the Akron area for custom screens. Unlike other shops I contacted that seemed like amateurs, Ben walked me through the entire process and gave me insight on how to properly measure for my rental.
The screens were completed quickly, priced reasonably, and most importantly they fit perfectly. If you want a professional and someone who actually knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Ben and Modern Sash Repair.

After this hail storm here in Youngstown Ohio SWAT Roofing contractor Chris came to my house I was pleasantly surprised on how professional he was when talking about my damage that I did not even know I had. My kitchen was barely functional before the remodel, after they finished their work my life was anew. The price was outstandingly reasonable and the work was done at lightning fast speeds, it was so shockingly fast I thought I was dreaming! And the level of quality, it was like night and day when seeing the remodel compared to my old kitchen. I am very thankful for hard work they have put in on not just my kitchen but also the level of quality in general.
Was very unhappy with ABC at 1st…my kitchen was supposed been done back in may..but Holly owner of ABC found out about my kitchen not getting started since I put money down..she assigned Shannon to my project and then everything was wonderful..Shannon made sure things that needed to be done was taken care of and made sure I was happy with the work…she even let my pups out to go pee..she also notified me right away when worker couldn’t show up and would reschedule another project right away..my kitchen looks a lot better..I’m still unhappy with some of the work and job getting done later then is should have been but again which is why I didn’t give 5 *s ..Shannon deserves 5*s..Thank you Holly & Shannon!!

The first appointment got delayed because of traffic, which was frustrating, but the office actually called ahead instead of leaving me waiting. Once the technician arrived, he was polite and thorough. We had a flea problem from our dog and after treatment the scratching reduced almost immediately.

.BUTT . I was slammed into the roof. I immediately called Dr. Mic millens office for an opening. They were able to get me in early the next morning. This Dr. Is the best chiropractor I think I've ever known!! IT is 3:08 Thursday two days after severe slamming into roof of car . I am 342 POUNDS 6 FT TALL . I was not even able to wear my Sean belt in that model car . He simply slammed on breaks . No impact . Except for MY whole body weight slamming my head into roof . Dr.mc millen fixmy body so well. That I am , my right side the side that felt the most impact & immediate pain .. basically I am saying that I am in SHOCK in THE BEST possible way from LACK of pain. Because I was able to get in , in less than 15? Hours after injury

I went in with what I thought was sciatica but because of Dr. Gilcher found out I have degenerative disc disease in my back. I had a pinched nerve happen on vacation. One so bad it sent me to the hospital. Dr. Gilcher again took very good care of me and found out that I also have degenerative disc disease in my neck. I still deal with occasional stiffness and pain but I always feel much better after I leave her office. She really takes the time to get to know you and what you need.
I have been going to Dr. G for many years. She has completely changed my life. I used to have chronic neck pain and surgery was suggested. However after getting on a regular cadence with Dr. G I have no pain. My husband and daughter go to her also!

We had never been to this place before. My sister-in-law told my husband about it, and the best part is that they have everything separated, one section for dogs and another for cats. Ignacio (my cat) needed vaccinations. The receptionists were very friendly, and then the nurse and the veterinarian were excellent at explaining every detail. Even though Ignacio was scared, they handled him very carefully and lovingly so we all knew he was in good hands. There was also a very kind lady who gave him treads. We should definitely go back soon for more vaccinations and to get him fixed.
I hope to bring my dog to this place too. ❤️

This vet left an impression on me. Over 20 years ago, there was a stray black lab living around Goodyear’s HQ in Akron. It was late fall and after months of trying to trap the dog to adopt it, I was given Dr. Slenn’s number as he worked with a group who tried to find homes for strays. Dr Slenn volunteered to find the dog and use a tranquilizer dart to capture him.
Unfortunately, the stray dog had a rare condition that made him allergic to the tranquilizer and he died. I know he felt terrible about it as I did, but it was not his fault. This vet loves animals and tries his best! If I still lived in the area and had dogs he would be the first vet I would call!!!
I would give 100 stars if I could! GREAT experience. Took my 15yr old cat for a rabies shot. VIP vets are very professional and it was super organized. Easy in and out and very affordable. I also had some paperwork that needed filled out by the vet, and they did it without question and a smile on their face. I highly recommend VIP PetCare Vaccination Clinic. Only cost $44 total. If I had taken him to my regular vet it would have cost well over $100 maybe even $200

We recently adopted a Belgian malinois and anyone who knows this breed knows they can be high strung and intimidating. Upon walking in, the presence of the vet techs welcoming her made her feel calm and right at home. We truly had such a positive experience. We feel so fortunate Dr. Jacobson is right in our neighborhood and will be our vet for our dog. Extremely knowledgeable and kind. All the staff were friendly and patient. If you live in Akron or the area, I highly recommend! Also, I noticed people noting the costs. This is the by far most affordable vet I’ve been to in the Akron area. The $65 “fee” simply gets applied to your services/deducted from the cost of your visit (if that clears up anyone’s confusion). Again, nothing but positive things to say! Thanks for taking such great care of our dog (and likely our cats in the future)!

Tori is amazing. I have lived with pain every day for over twenty years. I have been to chiropractors, medical massage therapists, tried creams, and pills. Tori allowed me 40 minutes of pain-free bliss. I could honestly cry. I didn't remember how being pain-free could feel.
I have to recommend her to anyone. When it's a good thing, it is hard to recommend, as we tend to selfishly like to keep things for ourselves.
To feel pain-free for even moments, well, those with chronic pain will understand. It makes you want to cry and hope it never ends.
Tori keeps the place looking pristine. Tucked into an office building, you imagine things being very clinical. From a cleanliness standpoint, it is. The room, however, is an experience. Lights are lowered, soothing music is playing, and you can have a silent appointment! No offense to other therapists, but I do not want to talk during my session. Tori is very accommodating.

Great experience. I got the foot body combo at thirty minutes each. She asked if I wanted a soft, medium, or hard massage. I choose hard and hoped that she was strong. She was. At the end of the very nice body massage, she rolled heated ceramic balls on my neck and back. Loved it. I have plantar fasciitis. I let her know and she did an excellent massage of my painful feet. I’ve been struggling with pain dealing with plantar fasciitis for the past year. My wife canceled her appointment and told me to go here and see if it works. For my job as a tattoo artist, I’m always hunched over in weird positions and straining my hands while working. Going to Sarah at VersaKinetic has helped me continue to do my job. I’m constantly doing things that could cause me to degrade in my ability to work but keeping up with regular physical therapy is what keeps my body moving and able to do the things I love.
possible appendicitis leak; long er waiting. going on 10 hours now. placed in glass enclosure with very ill/coughing people. one very rude staff as observed with us and 2 other patients. observed one older man walk out with heart symptoms, after being told he had a 12 hour wait. your should have staffed your hospitals here before building a billion dollar facility next to Buckingham Palace. when I feel better, will write more. thank you.
