The clinic's friendly and helpful staff have been known to go the extra mile in making clients feel comfortable, even cleaning up after a frightened cat in the waiting area. They are quick to get clients in, offering appointments on short notice, and their prices are reasonable. Many clients appreciate the caring and kind staff, especially during stressful moments. With many years of experience in treating various animals and issues, Highland Veterinary Clinic has established a strong reputation for their commitment to the health and well-being of their patients.
For the 10+ years I have been bringing my cats (of all different ages with different needs) I have had nothing but great experiences with everyone at Highland Veterinary Clinic including the front desk staff, the vet techs, and the doctors. I always feel well informed about any issues with my pet's health, they are thorough in the diagnostic process, treat my cats with love and care, and they are connected with a 24hr animal hospital (so the care is cohesive if a hospital visit is needed).

I think it would be hard for any vet clinic to receive universal 5 stars, because the news we receive isn't always good. However, my experiences here have been good for my cat. The staff is friendly and it's easy to schedule appointments. No complaints.
