Dip & Wax
“Had my first visit with Veronica, and it was great! Highly recommend her!
She has a new location in Cuyahoga Falls in a quaint plaza called New Haven conveniently located off Portage Trail, with lots of parking.
I was looking for a new esthetician, and googled near me. It showed her in Fairlawn, but she had such great reviews I didn't mind the commute. When I booked, she messaged and offered a spot at her new location, which is MUCH closer to me in the Falls!
The office was very clean and she was very friendly when I came in and greeted me right away. She asked thorough questions and explained everything very well.
She even went above and beyond in her attention to detail and communicated her process every step of the way. I've been getting waxes for a long time- but this is the type of communication and care I wish I had my first time getting waxed.
She's very welcoming, down to earth, and it was easy to talk to her.
Her prices are VERY reasonable and the service was 10/10. They even offer a special discount on your first booking, and offer product for after care.
I'm excited to try this new Exfoliating Scrub for sensitive skin- that's my main reason for booking was her good reviews from people with sensitive skin!
She mentioned she'd be doing split time between Fairlawn and Cuyahoga Falls- but I promise she's worth the commute to whichever location she's working that day.
(I edited their name into the plaza sign, it's not actually there yet 😅)”
