Outstanding service from Mike today. My tile floors presented a real challenge with sticky debris from rubber rug backing. Mike went above and beyond to successfully remove all that stubborn mess! Sincerely appreciate his extraordinary efforts. Will always recommend COIT (and urge you to name Mike technician of the month!😄)
My technician was wonderful so this is not a reflection on his abilities. When I got my quote I was NOT told the furniture would NOT be moved. Give me dusting around things on the surface. It's really not cleaning. I also understand they only said one technician to a home and that could be impossible for one person to move a bed or a dresser or a couch. However, I was disappointed that my ottoman did get moved or my street plants on a stand in my light didn't get moved at all simple things that I could lift were just worked around. And for paying over $700 I expect you to pick up and move something. I will say he did a fabulous job on the areas that he cleaned my carpets… read full review
