“Dylan and Sarah did a fantastic job today repairing our A/C unit. They were both very informative and explained what the issues were. They wore coverings on their shoes when they came inside to make sure our floors were protected. They were super courteous and explained each part of the process as they worked. I will recommend Novak to my friends and family (in fact I already have).”
