“Got a haircut from Rachel and had a wonderful experience. She cut my hair exactly as I imagined, if not better. Did a great job asking questions to figure out exactly what I wanted from reference photos. Gave professional opinion to get best results with my glasses. Understood needs regarding double crown (did not cut too short) and greasy hair for the shampoo and dry. Very pleasant, clean salon. Offered a drink if needed when I arrived and very polite.
