I have been coming here for years now, spanning multiple dogs. The care here is exceptional, from the staff knowing both your pet's name and your own as soon as you enter, to the friendly and helpful staff. Every visit is thorough, and everything is explained well. There is no other place I would take my dog for his care.
We’ve been taking our animals to Valley Animal hospital for 20 years. We’ve never had a negative experience in terms of customer service and patient service. And just this week we had another pleasant annual visit.
Very compassionate staff. I took my kitty here due a second opinion for sinus issues she was having... and a few months later, for her final trip over the rainbow bridge. It was the most beautiful, peaceful, and loving experience I could have imagined. I wish I could have had the chance to say goodbye like that to my dog, who passed unexpectedly just 3 months later. I'll never forget how much the staff helped me stay informed and have realistic expectations during her diagnostic testing and palliative care/ medication. I truly appreciate all that you do. I will be forever grateful for the kindness and support provided during her illness and her final goodbye.
