The business is staffed by knowledgeable and very helpful flooring professionals who provide great and excellent customer service. Measuring and installation teams are prompt and friendly, doing excellent work. Communication is also highly praised. You can borrow samples to try the look in your home. Pricing is comparable to or less than big box stores. Many customers highly recommend Ultimate Flooring for their flooring needs.
Ultimate Flooring did a great job installing new floors in two of our bathrooms. Reasonably priced, knowledgeable, responsive and the entire staff has a good attitude. The work was done quickly, on time, and with price transparency so often lacking from other contractors. We would certainly use them again!!

This is my first time shopping for and getting carpet installed. I never leave reviews but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to say how high Ultimate Flooring set the bar. From picking it out, to getting it scheduled for installation. My wife and I never felt pressured and was a very relaxing experience. When the installation process came they were very detailed orientated and had pride in installing their product. In 2026 finding a company that has values like that will absolutely have my business in the future.
