“Here is my overdue review because I’ve been waiting to be 100! I echo everyone’s comments here about Dustin’s communication skills and hard work ethic - top notch! Dustin replaced the flooring in our 2000+ sq. ft. basement. He listened to our concerns, offered suggestions, and worked with us to pick the best option for the job. First he removed 30 yr old indoor/outdoor carpet that had flooded thanks to a broken water heater. To say that job was not fun is an understatement. Dustin removed all the disgusting carpet and then scraped and scraped and scraped to get all the padding off the concrete floor. He worked on our timeline and stored all of the flooring while we painted the basement. He then installed LVP flooring and baseboard throughout and carpeted the steps - it all looks fantastic - love it all! As with any large project, there was a small punch list as I’m a stickler for details. Even though Dustin was paid in full and already on another job, he carved out time and immediately returned to make the minor adjustments. No run-around with Dustin, no excuses, just high-quality pride in his work which is so refreshing nowadays. Will definitely be calling him again for future flooring projects - highly recommend! This “small business” = BIG quality! I’d give him 100 stars if I could.“

“Mostly like this place. They are pleasant and helpful to work with. The only thing we dislike as they are still selling timeless designs flooring. Guys flooring (that we love) installed it and within weeks it was pulling up. It is not a good quality. We now have floors plus. Clearly a better product.“

1) The sales and design people were efficient, friendly and chock full of accurate information. There was no high pressure sales tactics, gave us plenty of time and samples to make a decision for our 52x13 foot kitchen floor.

2) Ordering the flooring material and scheduling was pleasant and no surprises.

3) The installation was the stand out feature of the whole process even though our floor needed an extremely large amount of work to make it level.
Alberto was our installer. We have lived in our house for 45 years and never had a better tradesman help us in any home improvement or repair. He and Keith, the field supervisor, worked great together as needed to level the floor. Keith also hand made a very, very nice 13 foot long transition piece to the next room.
Both men were very informative, helpful and polite. Alberto worked quickly, hard, neatly and very respectful of us and our belongings.

4) Clean up and follow up were both top notch.
