“Here is my overdue review because I’ve been waiting to be 100! I echo everyone’s comments here about Dustin’s communication skills and hard work ethic - top notch! Dustin replaced the flooring in our 2000+ sq. ft. basement. He listened to our concerns, offered suggestions, and worked with us to pick the best option for the job. First he removed 30 yr old indoor/outdoor carpet that had flooded thanks to a broken water heater. To say that job was not fun is an understatement. Dustin removed all the disgusting carpet and then scraped and scraped and scraped to get all the padding off the concrete floor. He worked on our timeline and stored all of the flooring while we painted the basement. He then installed LVP flooring and baseboard throughout and carpeted the steps - it all looks fantastic - love it all! As with any large project, there was a small punch list as I’m a stickler for details. Even though Dustin was paid in full and already on another job, he carved out time and immediately returned to make the minor adjustments. No run-around with Dustin, no excuses, just high-quality pride in his work which is so refreshing nowadays. Will definitely be calling him again for future flooring projects - highly recommend! This “small business” = BIG quality! I’d give him 100 stars if I could.“
