I can't express enough how impressed I am with Big Tom's Plumbing and Drain! I went to their website last night to request an appointment and they called me back right away. They were able to help me this morning! The two gentlemen that came were polite, fast and efficient! They took care of the problem and were on their way so fast I thought it was some kind of magic! The price was unbelievably affordable!! Excellent experience!!

- French drain install under my storage building floor.
- They went 1 hour over during the job so I did have to pay for that additional hour, which was under $200 ... I prefer this strategy for billing, over companies that pad their estimates (not adjusting the final bill to remove the unused padding).
Tyler was my technician and was very good, very knowledgeable and did a great job and all the people at the office were very nice and very helpful also. great company to work with. I would recommend them
