The business offers great customer service and is very friendly, polite, and prompt. They are knowledgeable and easy to work with, providing quick communication and estimates. They come through for window glazing, glass replacement, and screen repair, often with very fast turnaround. They are willing to order parts for older windows and offer assistance. They are highly recommended as the best in the area.
I had a fantastic experience with Modern Sash Repair. Ben is clearly the go-to expert in the Akron area for custom screens. Unlike other shops I contacted that seemed like amateurs, Ben walked me through the entire process and gave me insight on how to properly measure for my rental.
