Kevin did a fantastic job cleaning carpeting, was very thorough and careful to protect areas. He thoroughly explained the process and precautions. He also tried to upsell but was courteous when declined. Customers appreciate helpfulness with things like closing shut-off valves and putting stepstools away.

They took the time to explain the cleaning process, set clear expectations for the results, and provided helpful tips on how to care for everything after the cleaning to keep it looking its best. I really appreciated their knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them and would be happy to have them back for future cleanings.
