Very impressed with this company and highly recommend! So glad we made the switch from Roto Rooter. Chase and Derek made a great team and finished what they said would be a 6 hour job in 2.5 hours. Reasonably priced and very pleasant to work with. Will definitely use them moving forward. Shoutout to Chase and Derek for doing an amazing job!
We had a severe issue with our breaker box one evening, and J & J was able to send Mason C. out that same night, even though it was outside their normal operating hours. Mason was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he took the time to clearly explain what had gone wrong and walk us through our options.
He was able to schedule the repair for July 3, which was an observed holiday for them, and still got us back up and running. He also handled the follow-up appointment and made sure everything was completed properly and in line with the city and power company approval process.

We called in and Darnell was able to come over right away. He was able to figure out what was wrong with our ac unit quickly and did everything he could to help us. He was very respectful and friendly, even to our toddler.
