Here is my overdue review because I’ve been waiting to be 100! I echo everyone’s comments here about Dustin’s communication skills and hard work ethic - top notch! Dustin replaced the flooring in our 2000+ sq. ft. basement. He listened to our concerns, offered suggestions, and worked with us to pick the best option for the job. First he removed 30 yr old indoor/outdoor carpet that had flooded thanks to a broken water heater. To say that job was not fun is an understatement. Dustin removed all the disgusting carpet and then scraped and scraped and scraped to get all the padding off the concrete floor. Dustin was great to work with and did a great job on the install. He installed a high end LVP product in my bathrooms and laundry room, and it turned out wonderful. While he was here, he also noticed an issue with our current carpeting and was able to repair the issue in a flash!
Had Dustin out to install new carpet in our home we just purchased. He was professional, responded quick to questions, was upfront with pricing and different options, and flexible scheduling the install date. The carpet looks and feels amazing. We couldn't be happier. Skip the big box stores who are gonna use some random subcontractor and support a local small business who actually knows what he's doing.
