1) The sales and design people were efficient, friendly and chock full of accurate information. There was no high pressure sales tactics, gave us plenty of time and samples to make a decision for our 52x13 foot kitchen floor.

2) Ordering the flooring material and scheduling was pleasant and no surprises.

3) The installation was the stand out feature of the whole process even though our floor needed an extremely large amount of work to make it level.
Alberto was our installer. We have lived in our house for 45 years and never had a better tradesman help us in any home improvement or repair. He and Keith, the field supervisor, worked great together as needed to level the floor. Keith also hand made a very, very nice 13 foot long transition piece to the next room.
Both men were very informative, helpful and polite. Alberto worked quickly, hard, neatly and very respectful of us and our belongings.

4) Clean up and follow up were both top notch.

“A friend highly recommended David Deitrick to review documents and give an assessment. I sent David an email with a brief explanation, my timeline, and budget. He responded the next morning. He spent about 3 hours total assessing my circumstance, reviewing one document, providing helpful information, and gave his opinion and recommendations for next steps. He honestly told me that his fees to do a thorough job would be higher than my budget would allow. So he gave me recommendations of other attorneys who are younger but qualified to do what I'm looking for. Had my budget been higher, I would have engaged him.
