“I went in for a korean lash lift and eyebrow service with Rachel. This was my first time to Deka Lash, and it won't be my last.

The location was beautiful, clean and professional. I felt safe and at ease.

Rachel was wonderful. I do not have any experience with beauty services and she explained everything in full detail to me. She was honest with what she felt I honestly did not need so that I wasn't overpaying.

Rachel was very thorough and careful. She explained what pain I might experience and constantly asked me if I was alright and if I needed to stop. She kept engaging conversation and did an incredible job with my lashes and brows.

I was very appreciative about how she managed my expectations, told me how to make my service last, how often I'd need to come back, and what to avoid.

When it came time to pay, the price for the service was worth it, in my opinion. Rachel was very honest and had me clarify my tip amount so that I didn't feel scammed in any way before she charged my card.

I had to wait for my ride to arrive and another employee who I sadly didn't catch the name of was also very kind and offered me something to drink if I was thirsty. I had already paid and my service was complete, so it was lovely of them to continue to care. I felt like a client that mattered and not just another number.

“When I walked in Ready Set Glow, the salon was beautiful and aesthetically pleasing. The atmosphere felt very open and comfortable, with the staff being welcoming. Everyone was perfectly spaced out, so there was no crowding.

I booked an eyebrow wax appointment with Candice, the owner, and she was incredibly kind. I asked for a clean-up while keeping my eyebrows full, and she delivered what I asked. Candice worked swiftly, so my appointment was quick and my eyebrows were very precise.

“I came to the salon needing an old set of acrylics off, a medium full set, and a full design. The nail inspo I brought had a different design on each nail and Reneh’Ja nailed absolutely every aspect of the set. It has 3-D art, gems, freehand detailing, sculpted flowers, blooming gel, and airbrushing. Genuinely was blown away by how precisely she recreated it and her freehand work is clean and sharp
Beyond that she also made sure throughout every step to make sure I was completely satisfied with the nail shape itself, and even swatched out different shades and undertones of the acrylic so i could pick which i liked best. she took the time to properly remove my old set instead of just popping them off harshly like a lot of salons do. everything here is done properly and with a lot of consideration
