First off, she was so sweet and accommodating, she moved her schedule around just for me. As an aesthetician, she has a wonderful touch— gentle around the eyes but firm with the massages. I got my hair colored here and had such a great experience. I had been using box dye for years, so my hair was very uneven and patchy. It was definitely a tough color correction, and they could have easily pushed for bleaching, but instead they were honest and focused on keeping my hair as healthy as possible.
They were able to even everything out using color only, and I ended up with exactly the shade I wanted. I’m so happy with the results.

I got a haircut from Benson and a perm from Michael. They were both very kind and attentive during both services. Michael also stayed past closing time to finish my perm. Very good service overall and well worth the price.
seven is really amazing! I came in to bleach my roots and went from blonde to a light pink/brown color! I experienced almost no scalp sensitivity/tingling during the bleaching process, and after 3 rounds of bleach and dye, my hair still feels strong and healthy! overall really incredible experience 💗🫰

Ganji is a 10/10
So before going to Ganji Studio i had some anxiety for some reason getting a regular hair cut. Mostly cause the typical barbershop just rushes the cut and you get what you get even if it isnt what you asked for.
The Ganji team has really changed that prospective for me and made getting a haircut a better experience. Now getting a haircut is something I look forward to. Especially by Henry who is very detailed and intentional with his cuts.
I also appreciate the friendly and non judgemental environment they have created. Have been going there for 2 years now and look forward to getting more cuts with them.
Just relocated to the area and have been looking for a barber for my kids and I. Exceptional service, brought my 8 and 10 year old and they started having full blown conversations with their barbers. The way they made them feel comfortable and always asked them if they were comfortable. They were courteous with them and always gave them a heads up as to what was going on. Kevin did a really good job at cutting my hair. For what it's worth, I don't think you can find a better price for the quality of haircut you get here within the area. If you're trying to look sharp as best man for a wedding, then sure, you might want a higher end place. But if you're like me, and just need a daily cut for work and the gym, this works perfect for that.
My mom taught me mandarin chinese as a kid and surprisingly, I remembered enough of it to get by here. But if the language barrier concerns you, you can bring a photo of the haircut you'd like, and they could probably get it close enough. That's what I did anyways and it worked alright for me. I'd definitely come here again and would recommend it.

This place is my favorite and I really wish it was closer to where I live - I drive an hour and a half specifically to come here rather than any of the salons near me. They’re always clean, professional, and super nice. As with any place, some of the techs are more experienced/skilled than the others, but everyone is still pretty great as a whole - definitely much better than any place near me.

Betty was also incredible! She did my eyebrow lamination, pedicure, and waxing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

They took me immediately and the services were excellent (mani pedi and 15 min back massage) all the workers were very nice caring and professional. I will return for sure. Really impressed with MYHAIR花花 here. Asked for something like Asian-inspired coloring with a soft vibe, got a mixed-tone highlight that actually suits my skin tone, tbh. Very professional hairstylist, really patient explaining maintenance, and price felt good value for money.
Tania did an amazing job on my eyebrows and really took her time! I have very thin, sparse Asian brows, and she was so careful not to over-thread them.
She also recommended the hydrafacial, and I am so happy she did. My skin was noticeably brighter and glowing afterward! I have a lot of acne scarring and uneven texture, and I could see a difference immediately. My boyfriend also couldn't believe how much my skin had improved after just one facial. I went on vacation the next day and my skin was glowing in all the pictures.
The prices for both eyebrow threading and the facial were very reasonable, especially for the quality of care. Tania is incredibly kind, professional, and she made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit.

My wife went here to try it and got an amazing cut. I decided to try it myself and was amazed at the skill level of the guy who cut my hair. I barely said anything and he figured out exactly how to style my hair, as if he had cut it many times before. This was easily one of the best haircuts I’ve gotten in my life. I also appreciate that he wasn’t chatty, as I’d had a long day running errands.
If you are a fan of the craft, pay attention during the cut and you’ll see the difference. There was never any point during the cut that I doubted that the end result would be good.
Very nice work on my lashes. I got a mink set but it didn’t last me more than two weeks. I’m not sure if it’s because of the quality of the lashes or glue. Lash Tech was very friendly and fast. She gave me helpful advice about which lashes would suit my eyes. The place is a walk from the train station and flights up 3 stairs.

Lisa is not only a very sweet person but a professional haircutter with decades of experience. After I moved from Jack Hts to Long Island years ago I couldn't find a men's cutter that cut the way I wanted and many times ended up with an uneven cut and way shorter than I wanted. My hair was long up until today and I wanted it a little shorter and styled better. Showed Lisa some photos from a few years ago and said I want THAT again. Without a blink, Lisa delivered and I LOVE the styled long cut she gave me. I'm glad Lisa is still cutting and my driving 1-1/4 hrs to her shop from LI for a cut that I know I will love is not a problem at all. LISA IS THE BEST.

Service was amazing. Ahna was great. You receive a complimentary water upon arrival. I gave 5 starts instead of 5 because we were told at the end of the massage that there was a mandatory minimum tip of $20. We didn’t have a problem paying that amount but I feel like customers should be aware of this before they receive the services and not after. There should be a sign stating that policy that’s visible to customers when they walk in the establishment.Customers should be allowed to tip based on their personal experience. Overall, I would recommend this spa.

I absolutely loved my head spa experience. Hair washing is already the most relaxing part of any haircut for me, so having a full hour dedicated just to scalp care felt incredibly indulgent in the best way. I do struggle with a fair amount of dandruff, and I appreciated that I was able to mention this right at the start and choose a treatment product specifically targeted to help with it. The process felt thoughtful and tailored rather than one-size-fits-all. One of the highlights was getting to see my scalp afterward using a camera- it was really interesting (and satisfying) to see it zoomed in and completely spotless. Overall, the service was excellent and the entire experience was very relaxing and well done. I’d definitely go back. A small tip for anyone planning to go: you’re asked to remove neck and ear jewelry (especially anything dangling), so it’s best to wear something easy to take off or change out of.
I’ve come here three times now and have gotten my lash lift done by Hailey every time and it’s been wonderful. I love the results and she is very precise and makes sure it’s how I want it. I’ve told my friends about it and will def be back regularly.

Been going to Hana for many years and followed her after moving to different locations because her eyelashes are done professionally, her space is clean, and she is timely, completely aware of when her appointments are and doesn’t make you wait. I was looking for a lash studio that didn't make my eyes uncomfortable, fall off too fast, and did not rush the process. Sica checked all of these boxes off and more! I came by the referral of a friend who swore by her, and got her lashes done often. Sica has a space downstairs of TokTok Beauty on 162nd Street. Parking is hard around this area, and you most likely will need to pay the meter, so be prepared to stay for 1.5-2 hours if you're getting a brand new set done. As I was getting prepared to get onto the bed, she took her time to ask me what my lash goals were and if I was comfortable. One of the things I love about Sica's is that she does not charge you number of pieces (check her price list on her Instagram prior to making your appointment). She advises that she will put on as much as she can based off of how many natural lashes you already have. What also stood out to me is that she cleans and preps your lashes as well as adds a waterproof bond at the end. Therefore, you can expect the lashes to hold at first application, and get them wet first day. Highly recommended!
This place is in a busy street in flushing so it's a little difficult to find parking. I got it on Groupon. The place is on a second floor so it's difficult to spot. It's nicely decorated. Mani was great. I also got a pedi. I wasn't a fan of the Pedi because they did not wash my feet. They don't put your feet in water here. They just paint your nails

This was my first tattoo ever, and I couldn’t be more thrilled that I got it from Mike (@mike.theflorist). Being new to tattoos, I was definitely a bit neurotic about the design, placement, and every little detail — but Mike went above and beyond and completely surpassed my expectations.
We worked together on a traditional Chinese calligraphy piece for the idiom “好事多磨,” which roughly translates to “all good things come with setbacks.” From start to finish, Mike was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous — he put so much care into the design, placement, and sizing, making sure everything felt just right. His eye for detail and dedication to his craft really showed in every step of the process.
The studio itself was clean, calm, and welcoming, and everyone there was super friendly — it made the whole experience feel that much more comfortable.

We have dealt with a lot of plumbers and contractors while renovating a Queens row home and ATG has corrected a lot of their work. They are actually Navien experts. They have gone out of their way, during two plumbing emergencies, to be on site same day or next day to assess our problem and have been excellent at communicating and efficient to ensure our problem is actually resolved. You might find a cheaper quote but I have wasted a lot of money on people who actually don't know what they are doing. Get your money's worth, and help me justify my learning expenses, by hiring ATG the first time. Now that they've saved our butts and sacrificed time with their own families during a blizzard and holiday they will always be our first call for all plumbing work.
Raytone came through at the drop of a hat to help resolve a sewer line break in a new home we purchased. They worked incredibly hard over two days and were very communicative and flexible with timing. Pricing was affordable and great for the quality of the work performed. Other places were charging 2-3x as much. They cleaned up afterwards too, which is the mark of true professionals.

Woke up one day to find that one of my breakers in the garage tripped. When I tried to flip it on again, the breaker sparked, as did one of the outlets, causing my garage door to lose power.
Called York electrical for an emergency fix. They arrived within an hour and discovered/fixed the issue within minutes.
After they left, I asked if they would help me remove the dead outlet that also sparked. He returned to do so the next day without charging me extra. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend

My parents hired Sure Shot Pest Control for mice extermination.Unfortunately,my own interventions was necessary to resolve the mice issue completely. However, the owner (Mahmood) made things right and refunded my parents money, which I appreciated.I want to share my experience to help other customers.
My advice is to place the company’s white poison baits on glue traps to easily catch and dispose dead mice,otherwise mice will be dead in unknown locations causing a horrible odors.Unfortunately, this happened to my parent’s home.
Hire a private handyman to identify and close exterior holes.Company does not find exterior holes.My parents had exterior holes covered with foam and cement. Interior holes can be closed with steel wool and aluminum tape, baseboard holes and radiator holes silicone caulking or patch up kit for holes on walls, foam sealer around pipes and to fill major holes in walls.I googled and watched YouTube to help them.
Precaution do not use steel wool, aluminum tape or foam around radiators as it is a fire hazard.Heat resistant silicone caulking was used for gaps between radiator and hardwood.I had to do a lot of research to help my parents so wanted to share to help others.
The technician was helpful in identifying some major holes.My parents kept Lulucatch glue trap outside those holes and replaced until all mice stopped coming out.Lulucatch glue trap has peanut butter smell and is non toxic and did the job.
But complete home inspection you would need to hire a handyman for.The technician found holes behind the fridge,stove and boiler area which helped in identification of some holes, but there were many more.
My advice to a future customer is to place their white poison baits on glue trap (outside the holes they identify) so you can remove the dead mouse easily.Keep changing glue traps (with dead mouse) for a week until the mice stop coming and then close the holes.Get exterior holes identified and closed as well.
My parents house is now mice free.Sure Shot helped start the process to resolve the issue.

The head spa included a face/shoulder/arm massage as well as a face mask. The hair wash itself used herbal water which made our hair soft and silky, and they blow dried it after. Back in 2018, when my extreme stress from life events and child birth caused many health issues hypothyroid, highblood sugar, vertigo to name a few - some treated with western medication but rashes at night, extreme migraines & vomit, hard to breathe, vertigo etc…i couldnt find the cure and couldnt treat the symptoms. It dominated my life and i stopped working, too. Then i heard about Worlo from a friend on a business trip from Seoul who would go to Flushing to see him on one weekend she had in NYC.
I was desperate looking for any help to free me from constant pain and dizziness and decided to commute to Flushing to see if i can get help. Coming here for 2-3x a week for a couple of months, those symptoms were gone. Now I am a believer of acupuncture and whenever i feel not well (dizzy and nauseous), i come straight to see Dr. Cho before things get out of control/ taking longer to recover back to normal condition. He takes his time to assess the root cause of it all and does not rush .

Francis was my older son’s driving instructor six years ago, and I was so grateful that he was able to teach my younger son six years later as well. Today, my younger son passed his road test, and we couldn’t be happier!

I had such a great experience here! I was completely new to driving but after just 10 lessons (and a 3 month break from driving during the winter), I was able to pass my road test on my first attempt! My instructors Yulei and Vina were really friendly, patient, and knowledgeable -- when it came to parallel parking, I able to use their techniques and quickly get a hang of it! Highly recommend this school (in both LIC and Flushing)
I had over 10 years of driving experience in South Korea, but I still decided to take one lesson from this school before my road test—and I’m so glad I did. I took the one lesson and passed the test on the same day.
Even if you have prior driving experience, I highly recommend taking at least one lesson. The driving rules and expectations here are different, and examiners can deduct points for even small mistakes. Without that lesson, I’m sure I would’ve failed. It made all the difference!
I honestly don’t leave reviews often, but Pilot Ace truly deserves one.
I failed my road test a year ago with a different school, so I was really nervous about taking it again. From my first lesson with Pilot, the instructors were patient, encouraging, and explained everything clearly. My first instructor was incredibly sweet and made learning feel much less stressful.
For my last two lessons before the road test, I worked with Kevin, who also took me to the test. He was positive, knowledgeable, and an excellent teacher. He made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel. He has so many helpful tips and techniques that made a huge difference, and he really knew how to prepare me for the test. He also help me familiarize myself with the car I was gonna use for the test and to build confidence.
Overall, I had a great experience with Pilot Ace. After some disappointing experiences with other driving schools, this one completely changed my perspective. If you’re thinking about learning to drive or getting ready for your road test, don’t second-guess it—give them a try. I’m so glad I did!
I just passed my road test today under Coach Xiao Qiang. I'm incredibly grateful for his patience and calm demeanor under any circumstance. His attentiveness and guidance made every lesson feel safe and encouraging as a learner. He'd always take the time to correct my mistakes and made sure I understood it. Coach Xiao Qiang helped me build confidence behind the wheel and I truly couldn't have done it without his support. I would highly recommend him to anyone learning to drive.

Mr. Joseph taught how to drive well and gave good advice. He was patient and knew how to guide me through polishing my driving skills. I took my road test late April and I passed! I am thankful for the lessons I took with him. I would 100% recommend him.
I live nearby this driving school and I wanted to try it out and I'm so glad I did!! I first bought the 4 session package (comes with a scheduled road test and pre-licensing course) but failed the first time. After taking 3 more sessions, I was able to pass the second time around! My driving instructor, Charles was very helpful and calm; he will make you practice till it get stuck (like motor memory) and give you all the really helpful strategies when driving, cannot thank him enough!
Take classes with them!! I recommend asking for Calvin! He was the best, he taught me everything I needed to know for the road/road test. I learned so much from him. Not only is he patient, but he is caring and teaches with ease. I appreciate everything :) and could not recommend him/this place any more!

Instructor Li is a kind instructor who teaches with professionalism and expertise. He could easily be recognised as an experienced person in the field. As a student, I learnt a lot from him to drive on the streets as a careful and safe driver. Overall, my experience with the driving school was perfect. Highly recommended!
