They have a schedule where you could come at 4 PM, 5 PM or 6 PM and they give you water breaks bathroom breaks, and they also offer snacks but you have to pay for it overall, they go off by your level and they are really kind and they love cracking jokes in class so I would say that this is a pretty good karate school to learn self discipline and self-defense“
