The owner is super amazing! She's so nice and understanding. I had to push my appointment to be 30 mins later, and even STILL showed up 15 minutes late which I felt so bad about. She never made me feel bad at all and had such positive attitude the whole time. She even shared a yummy candy with me haha. Shes good vibes. The young lady who did my hair also braided sooo fast! I got small knotless braids and I was out of there in about 4/5hrs! Ive spent much longer in a salon for braids that doesn't even compare to these. Really like their process and I'll def be going back again when its time for something new!

Very good and friendly place to get braids done. They do a good job and make sure that they are executing the style/color exactly how you want it. Similar to many other NY salons, you’ll have the occasional start and stop causing the appointment to be longer than it should, but overall, this salon was professional and I am happy with the results. I will definitely be back

I got my hair done today and Awa did an amazing job. This was my first time at the shop and everyone was welcoming. I got medium sized box braids mid back length and was done in under three hours. Love how they came out and will definitely be back.
