The nail technicians take their time to ensure a great service, and customers can be confident in getting exactly what they ask for. The salon is spotless and free of harsh chemical smells, making for a pleasant experience. The ambiance is relaxing and the vibes are everything. Chairs are comfortable and the overall look of the salon is absolutely gorgeous. Customers love the amazing service and that the place is adorably decorated and clean. The owner and staff could not have been more accommodating. The girls are very friendly and professional, doing a very good job. The place is very clean and they are very clean with the tools they use.

I had the most wonderful experience at Bongo Nail Lounge. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt clean, calm, and welcoming, the kind of place where you instantly know you’re in good hands.

My manicure turned out absolutely beautiful. What really stood out was the level of care and patience. My technician took their time, paid attention to every detail, and made sure I was happy throughout the entire process. You can truly feel the pride they take in their work. I will be going back!

A week before this visit my daughter and I had gone to a different location and her gel nail polish fell off after 2 days. Since I couldn't go back to the original location I went to, I tried Bongo nails since they are close to my home. The owner let me know that the children have oilier nail beds and nail polish falls off easier, which makes sense. They did a lot more prep and took their time with my daughter, and the polish lasted a week and a half which is much more reasonable. Their pricing is also on point. I will be back at some point for both of us.
