We LOVE this practice. The front desk staff are always professional and they're helpful when I call with a question. They remember me and my kids (we're there a lot so might be a factor but still nice I'm sure it's a lot of people in and out all day)! The doctors are wonderful- both Dr. Oppedisano and Dr. Rodriguez. They answer all of our questions and give us time to ask them. They remember the kids. They're very professional and reassuring. They don't ever make me feel like something is wrong with the kids or overwhelming or scary, and they also don't dismiss our concerns. I have been using this practice for 8 years. I struggle with change, and to be fair, they are very responsive with sick visits and knowledgeable about common childhood illnesses. That is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars instead of 1.
That said, I would not recommend this practice if your child has any behavioral or developmental concerns. They do not seem to view the child as a whole. Appointments feel rushed and focused on getting through the checklist and writing notes, rather than listening to ongoing concerns.
Been coming here for 5 years. Dr. Rodriguez-Ema is a gem. He treats my kids and I with respect, great attention, and fun attitude. He’s always responsive and the office personnel are sweet and accommodating to last minute appointments.
