Betsayda has been EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful with giving me tips around my skincare routine in addition to regular, personalized facials that she tailors to my needs. I will say it took a lot of commitment on my end because you don’t see results right away. It took me about 6 months for my skin to turn a corner. I’m now 10 months in, and my skin is almost completely clear. I still get some occasional breakouts, but nothing like what I’ve dealt with in the past. I chose to get my nails done sometime after that both hands and feet. I have had many manicures and pedicures but nothing like the attention and caring these techs give. “Fitness center was always clean and never a wait for what you wanted to use. Heavy duty squat rack, bench, brand new machines, and even a punching bag! The saunas were great post-workout. The locker rooms are immaculate and every staff member is cheerful and never delayed in offering assistance. Being a member of TCR felt like being a member of Riverdale. I would run into fellow members + staff in my apartment building, grocery stores, or even simply walking up Johnson Ave. My wife and I no longer live in the area and leaving TCR was one of the hardest goodbyes“
