She also provides her customers with free snacks and drinks. If you are ever in the bronx area or closer to Mt Vernon as this place boarders Mt Vernon please check her out. “Fitness center was always clean and never a wait for what you wanted to use. Heavy duty squat rack, bench, brand new machines, and even a punching bag! The saunas were great post-workout. The locker rooms are immaculate and every staff member is cheerful and never delayed in offering assistance. Being a member of TCR felt like being a member of Riverdale. I would run into fellow members + staff in my apartment building, grocery stores, or even simply walking up Johnson Ave. My wife and I no longer live in the area and leaving TCR was one of the hardest goodbyes“
