I don’t usually leave reviews but i had to because of the way we were recently taken care of. I totally recommend this dental office it’s hard to find trust worthy dental providers in NY but this is one of them. I went with my mom who is super scared of the dentist and and the whole team was really nice and welcoming. Dr.tenzer was gentle and answered all of her concerns . Wait time was a bit long but we were late and they completely understood. I used to be extremely afraid of going to the dentist—it always felt like a nightmare, and the doctors seemed to speak another language. That all changed when I went to City Smiles Dental.
From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was full of energy and very welcoming. One of the receptionists helped me complete my new patient paperwork and clearly explained the entire process. Then the assistant brought me in for X-rays and was very gentle.
The hygienist, Al, was AMAZING—so gentle, caring, and informative. He taught me the proper way to floss and gave me really helpful techniques I can actually use.
