Webster Lock & Hardware Co is always busy with customers. Sometimes the wait is 5-10min. I needed new locks for an entire house with master key and sub masters - as I actually asked this is considered a very unusual and complicated order but fulfilled right there - the staff took all the time needed to get the order right. It took ~90 min to get all kinds of different hardware selected, shown, explained and written up. For an order of multiple hundred dollars I did not want to make any mistake and bother anyone with returns later. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Webster are THE BEST locksmiths in all of the NYC and the NY TriState region! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and also one of the least expensive. Webster have helped me so many times with the best MulTLocks for my multi family house. I’ve worked with them many times and always a great experience. I’ve learned so much from Webster's team. Best place to go when it comes to Locks and Hardware Store. They are excellent, efficient, and very friendly. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Definitely will help with all your issues and needs. Also will come to your home to install different things. Very good prices in store, and coming to your home. I definitely recommend this store.
