he provided exceptional service! This was our first time using Roto Rooter the guy was very patient and detailed with explanations and demonstration, and offered guidance for future maintenance. he was very friendly and great guy! Thanks !

I've had at least three visits from this Roto-Rooter throughout the last several years. Every time we had a clogged drain, we always had to use the basement toilet to access the main line and clean things out. Trap was allegedly nowhere to be found, and past techs indicated that the trap was likely buried or in a different area in the basement that was supposedly inaccessible.But for this visit, Leio (#8170) went above and beyond. Using sound judgment and instincts, he took the time to survey our basement, and with a little bit of effort, found our trap!
