I can honestly say that without Sasha from the personal Injury department it would be so confusing and difficult to navigate all of the appointments, paperwork, and testing needed to properly treat my injuries. MedAlliance does seem to change protocol like “checking in a check out” quite often. Sasha however always takes the time to explain what has changed, what is new, and helps to fill gaps so the patient always has what they need. She has even gone out of her way to assist with sending documents to my providers outside of MedAlliance so that I can have my treatment be continuous. I wish more clinics had someone like Sasha! The healthcare in NYC would be better all around if we had more folks like her working to help us stay healthy!”
