I came here, pre-surgery, recommended by a friend, in an effort to prepare myself for 2nd knee replacement. Two months later, post surgery, I returned. My experience has been outstanding and recovery unusually fast.Dr Gleb and the staff are wonderful and keep challenging me to work hard (with kindness and humor).They watch me closely, evaluate and record my progress at each visit so my plan is always changing as I progress.I sing praises for my experience here !!!!!!!

This place is amazing. I came here for siatica and a treatment plan was designed for me. My visits are closely supervised to make sure I am doing the exercises prescribed correctly and everything regarding my treatment is well documented. The staff is engaging, caring and knowledgeable. They have great office hours. I highly recommend!!!

Riverdale Physical Therapy is a 3,000 square foot facility with private treatment rooms and a 1,800 square foot gym. The facility is equipped with the latest orthopedic and sports medicine equipment. In addition Riverdale Physical Therapy, P.C. makes available Acupressure , Balance training, Falls prevention programs, after trauma rehabilitation and post surgical recovery programs, Neuropathy treatment programs as well as Fitness Training and Nutrition Counseling.
