I wanted to say I had a broken water heater with water all over, and Nathan sent Jared out right away. He handled the plumbing repair fast, did excellent work, and the price was very fair. Then I had several drain clogs and leaking pipes, and Jared came back very quickly and went above and beyond again. I also ran into an unexpected personal issue and could not finish one of the plumbing jobs, but they were very understanding and more concerned about helping me than anything else. Both times, they got me scheduled for same-day service, and they were even ahead of schedule after calling first to make sure an earlier visit worked for me. The plumbers were friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. They explained my repair and pricing options in simple terms and put together more than one quote so I could choose the best way to handle the plumbing issue. I want to share my appreciation for the plumbing team that helped me during a very stressful basement flooding issue in Bronx. After heavy rain, I woke up to water in the basement and clogged drains that needed fast attention. I called for plumbing service, and Conner was sent out quickly. He inspected the problem carefully, explained what was going on with the drain lines, and put together a clear plan to fix it. Conner and Raymond did excellent work.
