Studio Room, 810 Gerard Ave, Bronx“Enjoyed a class today with Yoga Insructor Annie. My daughter and I experienced a thorough and tension - releasing vinyasa yoga class. It was a great opportunity for me to give myself over to a teacher who knew how to motivate, encourage and challenge us to find comfort with each asana/position. I felt warm and relaxed afterwards. I really appreciated the chance to practice outside of my home for the first time in a very long time. Thank you Annie!“

6677A Broadway, Bronx“I was searching for a female-friendly space to learn self-defense when I found this gym, and it has easily been one of my best finds of 2025. Coaches Jhaydon and Orlando are exceptional—supportive, encouraging, and highly skilled. Their coaching in Muay Thai and BJJ has helped me build confidence while training in an environment that is both welcoming and disciplined. I’m equally grateful for the community here; it’s a place where I feel safe, comfortable, and genuinely supported as I learn. If you’re a woman looking for an MMA gym, I can’t recommend this place enough.“

“I love this studio so much. I start my week with them and I end my week with them! I always leave feeling calm, refocused and just reconnected with my body. The instructors are amazing, knowledgeable and kind, but most of all quick to make sure that your form is proper so that you can achieve your full expression without injury. They always remind us to that we may not be “there” so to do what we can, always offering alternate movements appropriate for the pose. I also love that all body types are represented there ensuring authentically that this practice is for all! 😘“
