One of our radiator pipes began leaking. Lucian told me to send him a picture so that he could identify what needed to be done. He provided me with the price, which we felt was more than fair. Lucian and his partner were quick in fixing our issue. They were very professional and took the time to explain what needed to be done and how they were going to address the leak. The evening before, I sent a video of the boiler to Lucian because I did not know which valve to shut off to cut the water off to that area. Lucian was able to identify the valve quickly, which prevented any further leaking and moisture to my hardwood floors. I highly recommend him and his partner.
