“To be honest, my experience with the laser treatment itself has been very good, and the results are definitely noticeable. The spa is also very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The Arab woman who performs the treatment is very professional and does an excellent job. For that reason, I would recommend the place for the laser treatment.

However, there are several things regarding customer service and their policies that leave a lot to be desired. There have been many times when I’ve called repeatedly and no one answers the phone. On more than one occasion, I actually had to go to the spa in person just to schedule an appointment.

They also have a cancellation policy that I find pretty strict. If you don’t cancel within the required time, they charge you $30, and if you don’t pay the fee, they deduct one of the treatment sessions that you have already paid for. Personally, I find this type of policy a little aggressive, especially considering how difficult it can sometimes be to reach them by phone.

The friends who recommended this place to me had already warned me about the customer service, so I went in knowing what to expect. I think anyone considering this place should keep that in mind. As far as the laser treatment and the results, though, I have no complaints. It really does work, and that is the main reason I would still recommend the treatment.“

I DO NOT like thin eyebrows and she respects my wishes. I get my full face (cheeks, chin, sideburns, forehead, brows, stache) done every two weeks from her. I'm fair skinned so the hair on my face is very evident when grown out. I get full wax, then touch of thread, facial scrub, facial massage, deep skin moisturizer. Takes about 20min. I'm in and out. Costs less than my gel manicure. Parking nearby too! The area is a little rough, but once inside, you're in good hands. Totally worth it.“
